The staff were so friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and spacious with amazing views of the ocean. I loved waking up to that every morning. the food was diverse and delicious i found so many options. i also enjoyed the convenience of the free shuttle service to town, it made getting around easy.
The only slight downside was the occasional wait for a table at peak dining times. It was just a few minutes. so it wasn't too bad

I was so excited about the location right on the beach! the access to the boardwalk with its cute cafe bars was amazing. I loved how close it was to east funchal too. the staff was very pleasant and helpful. i found complimentary parking so great. There was never a worry about finding a spot for my car.
the noise from the lifts was a slight annoyance, especially since my room was nearby, and i could hear the constant bing bong!

the hotel is directly by the beach, granting immediate access for strolls and sunbathing plus there are cafe bars just a short walk away on the boardwalk, i appreciated the easy access to east funchal, allowing simple exploration.

my room had a great size and faced the ocean so the view was wonderful and it was really quiet! the option to bring food and drinks to the room added convenience. plus, the housekeeping kept everything super clean with fresh towels provided daily.

the location was beautiful and right on the beach, i could hear the waves. the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. the breakfast buffet had automatic coffee machines. we loved the option to eat in the italian restaurant above.
the gym could benefit from more equipment.

the hotel staff were amazing. they were very helpful and cute to everyone. the food had lots of choices. it had too many options to choose from, all were very delicious.
breakfast started too late at 7:30. it really should start at 7:00 for early risers. the terrace door was difficult to open. it should have some wd-40 applied, so the door slides.
